Shipping and Returns


Shipping

For US customers we offer two shipping methods.

Weight 1 lb. and under Standard mail (First Class shipping) $3.25
Weight 1.1 lb and up Priority Mail $6.50

 

For orders under 1 lb., customer still have the option to choose Priority Mail shipping if they would like a faster delivery time.

Orders are shipped out within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  Normal delivery time for standard mail packages can be from 3-6 days and 2-3 days for Priority mail.

Sometimes we offer items that are sent directly from our manufacturer.  Although you are required to choose a shipping method to checkout, these items receive free shipping that is discounted at the time of checkout.  Some items may take several weeks to arrive and this delivery time will be noted in the description of the product.  Please feel free to ask any questions or voice your concerns.

For customers outside of the US we offer calculated shipping at the time of checkout.  The price of shipping will depend on the country and weight of items ordered.

If your order is over $35.00 you will automatically receive FREE shipping!

Returns

If within 7 days you are unhappy with your purchase, your item may be eligible for a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Cosmetic and intimate items are non-returnable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you want to return your item, send us an email at gia.monet@hotmail.com and send your item to: 9835 Penela Way, Elk Grove, California 95757 with an explanation of the reason for the exchange. Although many of our items come from outside the US (when description states "Shipped directly from the manufacturer") you will still need to return your item to our California headquarters.

To complete your return, we will verify your purchase from the website.  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at gia.monet@hotmail.com and send your item to: 9835 Penela Way, Elk Grove, California 95757 with an explanation of the reason for the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. I will try to process in our usual time of 1-3 business days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
